1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your access and use of downloadable and online flipbook self-improvement eBooks ("Ebooks") offered by Host Dash, a division of OBSS (Pty) Ltd ("Host Dash", "we", or "us").

2. Accessing Ebooks

You can access Ebooks through two methods:

  • Learning Management System (LMS): Register for an account on our LMS, KlickCourse App, to browse and choose Ebooks for download.
  • Website: Visit our website, choose your Ebook, make a payment, receive a coupon code, register on the LMS (if not already done), and then apply the code to download or activate your online flipbook Ebook.

3. Registration and Account

You must register for a free account on our LMS to access downloaded or online flipbook Ebooks.

4. Order Process

  1. Browse and choose your Ebook on the LMS or website.
  2. If using the LMS, you may be redirected to the website to complete the secure payment process.
  3. After successful payment, you will receive a coupon code via email.
  4. Register for an LMS account if you haven't already.
  5. Apply the coupon code on the LMS to download your Ebook or activate your online flipbook version.

5. Important Notice: Digital Downloads and Refunds

Due to the digital nature of Ebooks, all sales are final. Refunds are not applicable. However, if you encounter any technical issues downloading or accessing your Ebook, please contact us for assistance (refer to Section 12).

6. License Grant

By purchasing an Ebook, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Ebook for your personal growth and development only. You may not redistribute, share, copy, or modify the Ebook in any way without our written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Ebooks, including copyright, belong to Host Dash or its licensors. You are not permitted to:

  • Copy, modify, reproduce, republish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the Ebook.
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Ebook.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Ebooks are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Host Dash disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We strive to provide accurate and valuable information, but the results you achieve from using the Ebooks may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

Host Dash shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use of the Ebooks, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

Host Dash reserves the right to terminate your access to the Ebooks and LMS for any violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
